What can affect organiser payout timing and amount

1. Event verification and compliance checks

Vybent may hold or delay payout where verification, fraud review, or compliance review is still ongoing.

2. Refunds, chargebacks, and attendee disputes

If ticket purchases are refunded, reversed, or disputed, the payout amount or payout date may be adjusted.

3. Extra operational services requested by the organiser

Ticket scanning staff, on-site support, promotion, or other operational help may be billed separately or deducted from payout.

Important organiser responsibilities

Publish only real, accurate, lawful, and fully authorised events, and clearly communicate ticket pricing, refund rules, and entry conditions.
You remain responsible for permits, staffing, safety, event delivery, taxes, cancellations, and attendee communication.
Vybent may suspend listings, hold payouts, or remove organiser access where fraud, legal risk, or policy violations arise.
By listing an event, you confirm that you have the rights and authority to market and sell access to that event.
