Important disclaimer
Vybent is not liable for any event created, promoted, changed, or managed by an event organiser.
Before paying for a ticket or attending an event, you are responsible for confirming that the
organiser, event details, venue, and promises made are legitimate.
For users and attendees
Review event details carefully before booking, including date, venue, price, age limits, and organiser rules.
Use accurate account and payment information and keep your login credentials secure.
Tickets are only confirmed after successful payment and organiser or platform verification where required.
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and reschedules are subject to the organiser's terms unless the law says otherwise.
You must behave lawfully and respectfully at events and when using the Vybent platform.
What users should understand
Vybent may remove listings, restrict accounts, or refuse service where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
Service fees and processing charges may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Vybent is not responsible for the conduct of organisers, venues, performers, vendors, or other attendees.
Tickets, refunds, and entry
Tickets may be cancelled or refused if they are duplicated, altered, forged, already used, or obtained through an unauthorised seller.
Ticket sales are generally final unless the organiser approves a refund or the event is cancelled or rescheduled under an applicable refund policy.
Ticket transfers or resales are only valid where Vybent or the organiser expressly allows them.
Users must comply with venue rules, including identification checks, age restrictions, security procedures, and prohibited-item policies.
Vybent is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other personal costs incurred in relation to an event.
For organisers

You are responsible for event delivery, staffing, permits, insurance, taxes, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
You must clearly communicate pricing, entry conditions, refund rules, and any material changes to your event.
You must promptly notify attendees of cancellations, reschedules, or venue changes and handle refunds where applicable.
You may not post misleading, copied, fraudulent, or infringing content on Vybent.
Payouts and extra services
Vybent may apply event-specific commercial terms or service charges where applicable, including where a separate written agreement applies.
The remaining balance will be paid to the organiser based on Vybent's payout schedule, which may be one day before the event or after the event, subject to event verification, refund exposure, fraud checks, chargebacks, or compliance review.
If an organiser requests extra Vybent services such as ticket scanning staff, on-site support, promotion, or other operational assistance, extra charges may apply and may be invoiced separately or deducted from the organiser payout.
Organiser accountability
You remain fully responsible for claims, losses, disputes, injuries, chargebacks, or complaints arising from your event.
Vybent may suspend listings, hold payouts, or remove organiser access where risk, fraud, or legal concerns arise.
By listing an event, you confirm that you have the rights and authority to market and sell access to it.
